Great chair, after only a couple days use, I could feel the immediate benefits. I sit so much more upright than I did in my old executive style chair. I had back pain after sitting in my old chair after only an hour or two. Two days with this chair, and my back feels great, no sign of pain.It is a little less comfortable to sit upright, but probably because I'm not used to it and my posture has been so poor before.
