Warranty Information

Limitations Involving Materials and Components:

The materials and components listed below are warranted based on the following terms and conditions to the Original Purchaser from the date of sale as long as the owner is in possession.

Components

All components including pneumatic cylinder, mechanism, base and casters are warranted for five (5) years to the original purchaser.

Fabric, leather upholstery, seating foam, armrests and veneer finishes are warranted for five (5) years to the original purchaser.

Exclusions

Normal wear and tear is not warranted.  Damages caused by misuse, abuse, alteration or negligence are not covered by warranty.  Workplace Emporium will not be responsible for incidental or consequential damages.

Normal use is warranted as standard commercial use based upon the product being properly utilized in a typical office environment, 8 hours per day, 5 days a week, with a weight limit of 250lbs usage.

Natural variations in wood or leather materials can occur that are inherent in their character and cannot be avoided. Workplace Emporium does not warrant the color-fastness, matching of colors, grains or textures of such materials.

Return Policy and Damage Claims

Once product is received and accepted, it is non-returnable.  All shipments must be inspected immediately upon delivery for visible or concealed damage.  The purchaser is responsible for visible damage and must file a freight claim with the carrier.  Any unconcealed damage must be reported to Workplace Emporium within 72 hours so that the appropriate disposition can be determined.

Shipping and Packing

All products are delivered in a box.  All special packing must be written in order and is subjected to charges will be included in the order.
